Project Manager

You'll be able to step up and take full delivery responsibility for projects working with a group of highly talented and experienced individuals including information architects, technical architects, designers, language specialists, user interface developers and technologists.

You will be responsible for running your projects with their own P&L and will be rewarded accordingly with project profit related bonuses.

Skills required

Project management:

The project management aspect of your role will involve:

  • Working with clients to set project objectives and success criteria, then tracking them throughout the project;
  • Solving problems including those of team management, project dependencies and objective clarification;
  • Analysing risk and handling them accordingly;
  • Planning, chairing and steering meetings;
  • Managing and reporting on the budget of projects and taking ownership of their cash control, invoicing and other administrative aspects;
  • Leveraging your knowledge project management methodologies;

Sales support

This role also involves working with the new business and account development teams to respond to briefs from prospective and existing clients.

We believe that it is vital that you are involved at all stages including working with the teams to scope and present project proposals and agreeing commercial terms.

This aspect of the role also requires:

  • Excellent communication skills including written English, verbal presentation and visual representation;
  • Estimating, proposal writing and pitching skills.

Experience

  • Excellent estimating, proposal writing and pitching experience;
  • Experience of running projects with budgets of at least £50,000 with design and technical requirements;
  • Web design and/or development experience;
